We are on Delhi Road (NH-48), near Sai Baba Temple, Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302028 — about 20–25 minutes from Jaipur city and on the way to Amer Fort / Delhi. Search “Virasat Heritage Restaurant” on Google Maps for directions.
What are your opening hours?+
We are open every day from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Lunch and dinner are both served.
What kind of restaurant is Virasat?+
Virasat is a heritage-themed Rajasthani restaurant designed like a royal palace darbar — gold-carved jharokhas, painted ceilings, chandeliers and traditional low (bajot) floor seating. We serve an unlimited pure-vegetarian Sampoorna Rajasthani Thali alongside live folk music and dance.
Is the food pure vegetarian?+
Yes. Our kitchen is 100% vegetarian. Jain and no-onion/no-garlic preparations are available on request — please tell your captain when you are seated.
Do you serve alcohol?+
No. Virasat is a family restaurant and we do not serve alcohol. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

What is included in the Sampoorna Rajasthani Thali?+
A rotating selection of 25+ items: welcome drink, starters, Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Panchmel Dal, Bajra Roti, Missi Roti, seasonal vegetables, rice, chutneys, papad, buttermilk and traditional desserts such as Malpua, Rabri and Churma Laddoo. The thali is served unlimited.
How much does the thali cost?+
The Swarn Mahal heritage thali experience (lunch & dinner) is priced per person in the approximate range of ₹2,000–3,000, while The Jaipar offers quicker Rajasthani, North Indian, Chinese and Continental meals at roughly ₹600–800 per person. Prices can change seasonally and for festivals — please see the booking page or call +91 95877 77817 for the current rate. Special pricing for young children is available — please ask while booking.
Can I order à-la-carte instead of the thali?+
Yes. The Jaipar — our Jaipur-themed restaurant on the same campus — serves an à-la-carte menu of Rajasthani, Punjabi / North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes for a quicker lunch or dinner. The Swarn Mahal darbar hall is dedicated to the Sampoorna Rajasthani Thali experience.
Do you offer takeaway or home delivery?+
Takeaway is available for select items — please call ahead. We do not currently offer home delivery.
Reservations & Seating
Do I need a reservation?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but on weekends, holidays and during the tourist season we strongly recommend booking in advance through our online booking page or by phone. Groups of 10 or more must book in advance.
Is floor seating the only option?+
Traditional floor (bajot) seating is our signature experience, but table-and-chair seating is available for guests who prefer it or have mobility needs. Mention your preference while booking.
How long does the dining experience last?+
Most guests spend 60–90 minutes with us, enjoying the thali along with the folk performances. There is no strict time limit on regular days; during peak hours we may request tables be released after 90 minutes.
Is Virasat suitable for children and senior citizens?+
Absolutely. Families are our most frequent guests. High chairs, chair seating and step-free access to the main hall are available. Please let us know of any special requirement in advance.
Do you have special programs for children and school groups?+
Yes. Our Royal Kids Program lets children dress as kings and queens, receive a charan-dhulai welcome, walk in a royal procession and sit in the darbar hall for folk music and heritage classes. For schools and colleges we run the Royal Educational Trip, a curriculum-friendly heritage excursion.
Events & Celebrations
Can I host a wedding, birthday or corporate event at Virasat?+
Yes. Parampara Banquet Hall and our open lawn are available for weddings, receptions, sangeet, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate gatherings. Visit the banquet page or call us to schedule a site visit.
Do you offer catering or decoration for events?+
We provide in-house vegetarian catering and can coordinate décor, stage, sound and folk entertainment through our partners. Packages are customised per event after a discussion with our events team.
Is there live entertainment every day?+
Rajasthani folk music and dance performances take place in the main hall during lunch and dinner service on most days. Timings may vary; call ahead if you are visiting for a specific show.

Is parking available?+
Yes, ample on-site parking is available for cars and tourist coaches.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.), all major debit and credit cards, and online payment for advance bookings.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?+

Is photography allowed?+
Personal photography and videos are welcome — our hall is one of the most photographed in Jaipur! Commercial shoots require prior permission.
