Booking Policy

Table Reservations

• Tables can be reserved online at virasatjaipur.com/booking, by phone (+91 95877 77817) or WhatsApp.
• Reserved tables are held for 20 minutes past the booking time; please call if you are running late.
• Walk-in guests are welcome subject to availability; weekends and October–March evenings fill quickly.
• Seating preference (floor gaddi / table, specific hall) is honoured where possible but not guaranteed.

Groups & Events

• Groups of 15+ guests and all private-hall, banquet or garden bookings require a written confirmation and an advance payment as quoted.
• Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before the event; billing is on the confirmed count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
• Menu, décor and performance add-ons are finalised at the time of confirmation.

Payments

• Advance payments can be made via UPI, card, bank transfer or the secure payment gateway on our website.
• GST invoice is issued for every bill. Advance is adjusted against the final bill.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before a table booking and 7 days before an event, subject to availability. Refund rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

General

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The restaurant is 100% vegetarian and alcohol-free.
• Children are welcome; parents are responsible for their supervision.
• Management reserves the right of admission and may amend this policy; the version on this page applies.
